preparation

It is prepared from chloroacetic acid, sodium carbonate and sodium cyanide by neutralization, cyanide and hydrochloric acid acidification. The sodium carbonate suspension was added to chloroacetic acid and neutralized in circulation below 45℃ to pH=7.5 ~ 8. The neutralization is completed to obtain sodium chloroacetate solution. The neutralizing solution is added to the sodium cyanide solution at 105 ~ 115 ° C for cyaniding, and the temperature is held for 2 ~ 3 minutes to obtain sodium cyanoacetate, and then the temperature is lowered to below 50 ° C, the sodium cyanoacetate is put into the dewatering pot for acidification with hydrochloric acid, and the final dewatering is obtained.

This product is an organic synthesis intermediate, mainly used for the synthesis of cyanoacetate, in medicine for the synthesis of barbiturate and caffeine, etc.
