Raw material acceptanceウェイブリッジRaw materials must undergo sensory inspection and weighing before being put into storage. Before feeding, they must be treated by air classifier and screening machine to remove soil and stones before being fed into the warehouse.

Integrated carbonization and activation: preheating stage is 6 hours; carbonization stage is 8 hours; activation stage is 10 hours; steam is continuously supplied during the feeding process.

アクティベーションSleip Activation FurnaceIndividual activation: The activation stage includes three stages (heating of carbonized material, activation, and cooling), which takes 24 hours. Steam is continuously supplied during the feeding process for 10-12 hours.
粉砕と選別Crushing unit, magnetic separator, dust collector, screening machineその 活性炭 is crushed and screened according to customer requirements (to remove impurities such as dust, loose carbon, and iron filings). Dust recovery must be ensured during crushing and screening.
