We are seeking a dynamic individual located in Nigeria to fill the position of a Flexible Customer and Supplier Relations Specialist. This role offers flexibility to work on a project-by-project basis, aligning with our deal flow and operational requirements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing communications with customers and suppliers, conducting product quality assessments, and ensuring the smooth running of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain effective and timely communication with customers and suppliers, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.
2. Conduct on-site visits to various locations in Nigeria to assess product quality, verify compliance with standards, and provide detailed reports.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, monitor shipments, and troubleshoot operational challenges.
4. Prepare comprehensive reports on quality assessments, propose improvements, and recommend strategies to enhance product quality.
5. Serve as a liaison between the company, customers, and suppliers to facilitate communication, address any issues, and ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and knowledge of local Nigerian languages is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Previous experience in quality control, supply chain management, or related fields is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel within Nigeria as needed and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
