We are looking for a dynamic individual based in India to fill the role of a Flexible Customer and Supplier Relations Specialist. This position offers the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, aligning with our project timelines and deal flow. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing communications with customers and suppliers, conducting product quality assessments, and overseeing the smooth progression of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers, responding to inquiries and feedback promptly.
2. Conduct on-site visits across various locations in India to assess product quality and ensure compliance with standards.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, monitor shipments, and address any operational challenges.
4. Prepare detailed reports on quality assessments, propose enhancements, and suggest improvements to optimize product quality.
5. Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and suppliers to facilitate communication and resolve issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate positive relationships- Experience in quality control, supply chain management, or related fields advantageous- Willingness to travel within India and work independently- Excellent organizational skills and attention to
